If you are a patient
of the University Hospital or the Centre Georges-François
Leclerc, you depend on the
Outpatients's conditions.

friends and relatives
- Reservation
- Reservations are done by phone (+33 (0)3.80.65.70.40) by guests
or hospitals, during the
reception hours.
- A reservation priority is accorded to members of mutual
organisms having an agreement with "la
Maison de Parents".
- Necessary documents
- Status form (= bulletin de situation) of the hospitalized patient
delivered by the admissions office of the health care establishment (to
be presented at your arrival).
- If you are a French resident, you need your social
security certificate*
- If you are a French resident, your last income tax notice
- Rates
- Stay rates* : Rate 1 : 9.50 €

- Breakfast included
- Rates depend on your income taxes and your social security agency.
- Rate 4 is applied to any guest not
covered by the agreements signed between the various social
security organizations and "La
Maison de Parents".
- Rate 1 is applied to any additional guest.
- Your health insurance could take care of part of the fees,
don't hesitate to contact them.
- Deposit
- A deposit will be asked at your arrival and returned at the
end of your stay.
- Its amount depends on your length stay and the applicable
rate.
- If
you can't provide all documents at your arrival, a deposit
corresponding to 7 nights at rate 4 (238 €) will be asked. You will have to provide the
necesssary documents as soon as possible.
- Accepted payments: cash and checks only.
- Conditions
- You
are patients of the University Hospital or the Centre Georges-François
Leclerc (cancer centre), the 2 care facilities that have signed an
agreement with the CARSAT and the "Maison de Parents".
- You
have tests or
treatments to do in one of these establisments.
- You are in a situation of pre-or post-hospitalization.
- You have a medical certificate authorizing you to stay at the "Maison de Parents".
- Reservation
- Reservations are done by phone (03.80.65.70.40) by guests
or hospitals, during the
reception hours.
- You
can be accompanied by friends or relatives who can share your room or
be in another room (depending on the room availability).
- Necessary documents
- Medical certificate delivered by your hospital
service doctor (to
be presented at your arrival).
- Your status form (= bulletin de situation) delivered by the admissions office of the health care establishment (to
be presented at your arrival).
- Your social security certificate*
- Your last income tax notice
- Rates
- Outpatients guests' nights and breakfast are taken care of
according to the agreement signed between the Maison de Parentswith CHU and CGFL.
- 9.50 € per night is asked to all person sharing your room.
- Breakfast is included.
- A deposit will be asked at your arrival for additional expenses.
